Jay Park (also known as Park Jaebeom) graces Manila with his charismatic self once again — almost exactly a year since he first visited (check out our press con coverage of that here!). This time, Jay is here to headlineMTV Exit: Live in Manila, which is a concert to raise awareness against exploitation and human trafficking. Other performers included Evaline, Itchyworms, Ebe Dancel, Pupil, and Parokya ni Edgar.
Jay treated his fans to covers of “Nothin’ on You” (Bruno Mars/B.O.B), “Down” (Jay Sean), and “Because of You” (Ne-Yo). He also performed three of his own songs from his album “Take A Deeper Look” —“Abandoned”, “Tonight” and “Demon.” Despite being drenched in sweat from the sweltering Manila heat, he did not disappoint with his powerful dance moves and infectious energy.
