Jay Park to visit the Philippines anew
MANILA, Philippines – K-pop rapper, b-boy and actor Jay Park will be visiting the Philippines again in May.
“Jay Park is coming back in May 2012!” according to an announcement posted by MCA Music on its Facebook page.
No additional details about Jay Park’s visit have been announced.
His scheduled visit could be in line with the promotion of his new album “New Breed,” which was released in February.
Before his visit to the Philippines, Jay Park will hold a fan signing event and a showcase in Singapore from April 27 to 30.
He will also attend the Star Awards 2012 in Singapore scheduled on April 29.
This will be Jay Park's third visit to the Philippines.
Last October, Jay Park headlined the MTV EXIT Live in Manila concert held on Oct. 29 at SM Mall of Asia.
The concert, which MTV EXIT said drew an estimated 25,000 fans, also saw the performances of Filipino artists Parokya ni Edgar, Pupil, Itchyworms and
Ebe Dancel and the special appearance of Jason Mraz.
During the concert, Jay Park performed songs such as “Abandoned” and “Tonight.”
Jay Park first came to the Philippines in October 2010 for his fan meet.
